Hugs Name Hugs Species Alien Gender Female First appearance "The Big Dipper Diner" Hugs is a minor character in The Backyardigans. Description Hugs is an affectionate space alien. Her appearance is almost identical to that of the Blaarg, another alien who has spent his life as a criminal. Hugs's personality and behavior are nothing like the Blaarg's: she is kind, affectionate and has a high-pitched voice. Her favorite foods are eggs and floatmeal (a form of oatmeal) from the Big Dipper Diner. Looks Hugs is mostly green. She has two white eyes with black pupils. The character wears an orange shirt, purple pants, a gray belt, and a pair of white boots. Appearances Hugs has appeared in one episode of The Backyardigans: "The Big Dipper Diner" from season four.
