He provides the singing voice of Austin in the fourth season. He reprises his role as Austin in the Mega Music Fest 2010 performance of "I Gotta Feeling". Biography Aside from The Backyardigans, Nicholas Barasch has appeared in HBO's How to Make It in America and POYKPAC's political comedy short "Mr. Student Body President". Barasch has played roles in several musicals, including West Side Story, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, and She Loves Me. His role as "Arpad Laszlo" in She Loves Me earned him a Dorothy Loudon Award for Excellence, in addition to nominations for a Drama Desk Award and an Outer Critics Circle award.
