North Pole

Not to be confused with the Frozen North.

The North Pole (also known as the Icy North) is Earth's northernmost point.

Looks

In the second season, the North Pole's surface is covered in light blue ice. There are many hills made of ice in the area. An ice factory belonging to the Ice Lady is the only building at the North Pole shown in season two. In season four, the location's appearance is changed. The surface is covered with white snow rather than ice. Santa's workshop and the Abominable Brothers' igloo are seen at the North Pole, but the Ice Lady's factory is not shown.

Appearances

The North Pole has appeared in three episodes of The Backyardigans: "The Secret of Snow" and "A Giant Problem" from season two, and "The Action Elves Save Christmas Eve" from season four.
