Nickelodeon has been confirmed to only broadcast the first two seasons. The aspect ratio of the episodes are presented in 4:3 fullscreen. Distribution The Backyardigans has been released on home video by CNR Kids in the Benelux market. Videos were first released in 2006. The first and second season has been available on Netflix in the Netherlands and Belgium since 2015. Videoland picked up the series in 2022. Therefore, only season 1 of the dub is on the streaming service as of right now. Trivia Castaways and Eureka! are the only episodes from the first season to not be released on home video. This is the only dub where only the first two seasons were dubbed.
