Appearances
Wormans have appeared in five episodes of The Backyardigans: "The Heart of the Jungle", "Polka Palace Party", "What's Bugging You?", "Attack of the 50 Foot Worman", and they make a special appearance in "Sinbad Sails Alone" as the hair of Medusa (Tasha).
Trivia[]
- It’s possible that Uniqua is actually the same species as the Wormans, as Sherman turned pink and he looked like her. Although Uniqua speaks English, she could have just learned it like a baby does upon becoming sapient. Further supporting this is Uniqua resembling a beetle and the Wormans resembling grubs, which are young beetles.
- The Wormans only vocalize in baby noises, which is implied to be a language called “Wormanese.” Tyrone is fluent in it.
- In the episode What's Bugging You?, it reveals that Wormans are good at cleaning.
- In the episode Attack of the 50 Foot Worman, Uniqua learns that Wormans are easily scared and clumsy, and they like to eat popcorn.
